New features on Bridge
Learn
In this Bridge Learn release, We’ve updated the Overdue calculation to be the End of the Day. The Tags and Categories drill table now contains Learnable types. We also fixed an issue with having more than 20 attributes and being unable to see those when creating Smart Groups.
Analytics Update - As of Oct 26th, we will remove the Overdue (Y/N) field in Transcripts as it is redundant.
Journeys Beta - Learners are able to easily identify a program that is part of a Journey. Journeys show on the Today page along with other Learning items
Updated Feature
Minor Analytics Improvements
- We’ve updated the Overdue calculation to be the End of the Day. Previously they were set to the start of the day, which caused some confusion.
- The Tags and Categories drill table now contains Learnable types.
Journeys Updates
Note: these will only apply if your admin has enabled the Journeys beta within your account. If you’d like more information on Journeys reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Identify Programs in a Journey
Learners are able to easily identify a program that is part of a Journey. The My Learning page will highlight those items for convenience and ease of use.
Today Page shows Journeys
Journeys show on the Today page along with other Learning items. To more easily help Learners identify the learning items they have been assigned and need to complete we’ve added Journeys to the landing page for Performance accounts.
Performance
In this Bridge Performance release, We have introduced a new field to individual goals called “Progress Metric.” Some fields in Goals are required in order to be saved.
Updated Features
Goal Progress Metric
We have introduced a new field to individual goals called “Progress Metric.” The progress metric will allow a user to specify the target value that should be achieved as well as a current value. The current value can then be updated periodically by the user to reflect the overall progress in attaining the objective.
Users will see a few options when setting the progress metric:
- Completed subtasks - completion of each goal subtask will determine overall goal completion (e.g. 2 of 4 subtasks complete = 50% complete)
- Currency - to measure monetary goals; the user can specify the currency denomination in the type field
- Percentage - for goals where the user would like to more generally specify goal completion via the percentage that has been completed
- Numeric - for goals where a user needs to achieve a certain number
- The progress bar for goals will now be filled out based on the values from the progress metric.
Note: this metric is only for individual goals and does not apply to a team or company goals
Required Goal Fields
Some fields in Goals are required in order to be saved.
Individual Goal
Title
- Due date
- Status
- Progress metric
Team Goal
- Title
- Due date
- Status
The intention behind making these fields required is to ensure that each goal contains the most critical data needed for tracking purposes. Additionally, this will help improve reporting for goals and eliminate having a large number of “untitled goals” lingering around.
