We require a new app which allows one way syncing of data from FastDraft to PowerBI. Allow authorised admin users to do analysis on their FastDraft notification volumes and users and project performance with Power BI.
This app will allow PowerBI users (with a Pro licence purchased separately from MS) to analyse their FastDraft data in Power BI with the Built Intelligence FastDraft template app. The app will be available in the Microsoft Appsource library and will allow an admin user to connect with their FastDraft admin account credentials, and Power BI to create a dashboard with reports that provide insights about their notification volumes and user/project performance. They can use the dashboard and reports provided, or customise them to highlight the information they care about most. Their data in the FastDraft service is transmitted to Power BI so that they can perform business analytics.
The app will provide a template dashboard which displays:-
- Notices by users and status
- Notices by users and groups
- Avg. Resolution time (calendar) by user
- Avg. Reply time (calendar) by user
- Notices by organisation
- Created (last 7 days)
- Solved (last 7 days)
- Created (last 30 days)
- Solved (last 30 days)
The dashboard will allow users to drill down into separate reports. These reports will be grouped as follows:-
- Notice summary
- User performance
- Recent activity
- User Activity
- Notice Activity
