Recently a couple of users have sent a notification with attachments sending sensitive information about a different contract which has caused a data breach.
Although the customer can’t delete the notification and attachment they need to be aware and monitor who has opened the notification and downloaded the attachment to deal with the data breach.
This would save time for BI Support and Development team providing the details, in addition gives the customer more control over monitoring how and when the system has been utilised.
A configurable option per user regardless if they are a Admin user would provide the flexibility and a useful benefit to all customers.
