The PM supplies the Activity Schedule at pricing stage. If there is Items of work missed of the activity schedule but are on the drawings and the contractor does not notice. Is this claimed under a CE to raise the target cost? Thanks
Unfortunately, if the drawings are part of or referenced in the Scope, the chances of raising the target cost are slim; maybe try checking for any ambiguities/inconsistencies.
