You assess the disruption for option B the same way that you would assess under any option. You assess the compensation event against the last Accepted Programme and any impact is assessed as part of the CE quotation. If the CE means that planned Completion is delayed by say a week, then the impact of this one week including prelim type costs will be included within that compensation event assessment
