NEC3 ECC: Do you include a programme when submit a compensation event under Option B?

The Main Option is not in fact relevant. Clause 62.2 provides that if the programme for remaining work is altered then the alterations are to be included on the Accepted Programme. It also provides that the quotation must show any delay to the Completion Date or Key Dates. While there is no strict requirement to produce a programme (and in some circumstances that may be entirely appropriate) the easiest and clearest way to show the delay and changes is going to be by providing an impacted programme.

So the answer is, in summary, you don’t have to but you should (even if not the whole programme, depending on its scale and complexity)
