We are working on a site where the client has omitted a full package of work and is undertaking the work himself using a slightly different system. This has been omitted from our scope. We have placed an order with a subcontractor to carry out the works under a JCT SBC subcontract, how do we manage this with the subcontractor without putting ourselves or the client at risk
