Is the contractor entitled to OH&P on the interest of late payments?

Hello EmmaQS,

My understanding is that the late interest on the payment will be on the applied amount which is overdue. Your applied amount should include the Fee, which includes OH&P.

Is the question, are you entitled to add OH&P on-top of the interest for late payment? If so, I don’t see anywhere in the contract which allows this.

As per “QS007” - Late payment interest is a predetermined percentage, stated in Contract Data Part 1. The interest amount is applied the the full value of the payment application, which will include overheads and profit.
