if the contractor delay their work with out any firm reason and without approval from the employer/client for further work, can he claim for the remaining work after the time of extension if employer deny to pay? Moreover, if the client/employer want to rectify the damaged work or the work below the standard after the substantial completion before the completion of the project, can he do this?

But if the contractor delay their work without extension of time upto 8 or 9 months, what will be the procedure for the final bill of the contractor?
