Hi, I am working on NEC 3, Option C contract. In our contract Clauses 23 and 24 of Schedule of Cost Components are deleted.
When we assess a compensation event, shall we take into account of the credit value of Equipment such as sheet piles?
You would only take into account the costs (or credits) for items which fall under the categories in the SCC. So, if you owned the sheet piles then you would include an amount for hure at open market rates.
