Can the Supervisor, Project Manager or Employer inform the Contractor of Defects after the defects date?

Yes, but the Contractor may not be liable for them - depending on the cut-off period for the Contractor’s responsibility for latent defects or the liability date in Clause X18.5 if Option X18 is used.
