At whose risk is loss of or damage to Plant and Materials supplied to the Contractor by the Employer, or Others on the Employer’s behalf?

If the Employer has not received and accepted the Plant and Materials, the event is at the Employer’s risk. If the Contractor has received and accepted the Plant and Materials, the event is at the Contractor’s risk (see Clause 80.1).
