Assessments of the effect of a compensation event assume what of the Contractor?
Assessments are based on the assumptions that the Contractor reacts competently and promptly to the compensation event, that any Defined Cost and time due to the event are reasonably incurred and that the Accepted Programme can be changed. This protects the Employer against inefficiency on the part of the Contractor (see Clause 63.7).
