Hi, under a standard NEC3 Option C X1 PAF arrangement, when calculating the PAF adjustment in the period, does the PAF amount attract the addition of the Fee Percentage in Contract Data Part 2, before being added to the total of the prices. In other words is PAF subject to increase by the addition of the Fee ?
No, you determine the PAF then apply the direct fee percentage to the full application amount that has been uplifted due to inflation. The fee is applied after the calculation.
