If the quantity in the BoQ is X and the final quantity is Y (assuming no change to the Works Information and Y > X), is ECC Clause 60.6 applicable for the change?

If 60.6 is applicable, how to carry out the assessment?

Is the change to the Prices = [Different between Y and X ] x Defined Cost per unit of Y?

Clause 60.6 obliges the PM to correct mistakes in the BOQ. It doesn’t state that such corrections are compensation events.
