What should the Contractor do with the certificates he receives from the Contractor proving that the insurance required by the contract is in force?

He should check that they comply with the contract’s insurance requirements and the interests of the Employer are sufficiently protected. Based on this, the Project Manager then accepts or rejects the certificates.
