What qualifications/experience/abilities should the arbitrator possess?
The Arbitrator should have certain qualifications which should include:
Appropriate training,
The ability to manage an arbitration,
Qualification in the area of the dispute,
Qualification in the law of arbitration,
Available time for the arbitration, and
The ability to take an active role in the process.
