Once you start an application on the Planning Portal you will be asked a number of questions in the ‘Form Chooser’. If you aren’t sure what you need you can ask for help choosing and get a more detailed description of the forms and when they are used. If you are still unsure, please contact your local planning authority directly, which will be able to give you a definitive answer. Your local authority’s contact details should appear to the right of the form chooser. If they aren’t there you can search for them.
