The Contractor has terminated because the Employer is a company or partnership and has had a receiver, receiver and manager, or administrative receiver appointed over the whole or a substantial part of its undertaking or assets (R9). What is the termination procedure?

The Parties follow the procedures outlined in P1 and P4 (Clause 92.1). I.e. the Employer may finish the works and can use any Plant and Materials which he has title to and the Contractor leaves the Working Areas and removes the Equipment.
