Should an individual require a regularisation certificate with regards to a new building, then what needs to be included in the application?

The application needs to incorporate the following:

	a full description of the work;

	a full plan of the work;

	a plan which fully details additional work with may be required in order for the construction to be compliant with the Building Regulations.
