- Frequent 1on1’s - We collect conversations with the most common peers organizing them to the top of the agenda list, so no need for searching or scrolling through a huge list.
- Next 1on1’s - Helps managers to keep up with their upcoming conversations with their directs and peers, so they always come prepared for a meeting, even if they only have a few minutes between meetings.
- Suggested 1on1’s - People management is very important, especially in development organizations. Managers shouldn’t fall behind and make sure they have meetings with all their direct reports, so if they have a new team member we make sure to raise the attention and have a dedicated place for them.
