This release contains the following New features, Improvements and Bug fixes.
*New Features
The below were all customer requests that we have developed:
- Add Type to the Task Order and Project Order workflow groups to allow configuration of Post Actions
- Create new workflows for Task Order Programme Submission and Project Order Programme Submission (as distinct from Contract Programme) that obliges the user to select the relevant Task Order/Project Order respectively
- Expand the post actions capability to support generation of a recurring action (in Task Order and Project Order workflows only)
- Contract Summary Report Dev Request - add date stamp of contract creation and userid who created it.
*Improvements
We have made several improvements to the AI Assistant
- AI UI and Font Tweaks
- AI Assistant Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down Feedback Loop
- Fixed TypeError something went wrong page is shown if AI Assistant isn’t given enough time to answer
- Fixed “Something Went Wrong” when interacting with AI Assistant for too long
- Fixed AI Assistant displaying an untitled prompt when editing a saved prompt
*Bug Fixes
- The scheduled report for Company Administrator was empty
- Deleting a schedule report from the reports list produced an error
- We have made the error message when importing a duplicated user via bulk importing a user friendly message rather than the raw database constraint.
- All contract users could see draft records in the register on the Project Orders workflow - rather than only the configured users.
