This release contains new features, improvements and bug fixes.

* New + Improved

* New Features

  • Allow filtering on the contracts list when adding a user to multiple contracts
  • Add count of outstanding actions per party to the Contracts page (no filters)
  • Packaged Contracts: (This is in the early stages of development for a larger piece of functionality for one of our customers, and will be available to all when fully implemented and documentation can be provided).
    • There is a new flag on the Contract Overview to mark as a Packaged contract
    • Adjusted logic for Contract Price and Project Order Price Impact
  • Update embedded Power BI bookmarks register to make it clear which, if any, has been set as the default
  • AI SupportBot - This is currently an optional configuration in Beta mode. Please be aware there is no access at all to our FastDraft data. If you would like to use it, please contact support@builtintelligence.com so we can enable it for you. Whilst in Beta mode this is only available to our Enterprise customers.
    • AI Chatbot Settings - Phase 1 (Beta) -
    • AI Chatbot UI - Phase 1 (Beta) - If switched on - the ability to use an embedded AI Chatbot - in phase 1 the Chatbot will only allow me to ask questions, which it will endeavour to answer based entirely on information consumed from BI’s Zendesk support articles.

* Improvements

  • Wizards for batch reviewing/editing multi-currency Payment Applications and Certificates now align more to the wizard for creating a batch, so can review all values and attachments via a single page.
  • Tidy up the ‘Create Related’ options:
    • Button to be renamed to Create Related… from Create Related Items
    • Remove the ‘Create Associated’ wording from the front of all the dropdown options
    • Remove any plural names
    • List all workflows alphabetically
    • On communicated notices remove Create Related Action button and add ‘Action/Reminder’ at the top of the list of options
    • Apply alphabetical sort under Create New
  • Add ‘Access Date’ and ‘Other Date’ as secondary date types

* Bug fixes

  • Some forms were not pulling the Subject through when created through the Create Related button
  • Type Error when editing Bulk Import Notice
  • ContractType has been replaced with ContractID in LoadContractsList API
  • Contract import was failing due to ContractType error
