Is there a European standard that exists with regard to cowls and roof ventilation outlets?

This is currently under discussion. It is suggested that once put in place the legislation will dictate that any necessary conversion fitting will need to have a static pressure loss equivalent to no more than four times the mean duct velocity pressure when measured at a static pressure difference of 10Pa.
