Yes. None of the following require submission plans:

	any work in which an amendment notice or public body's notice is effective;

	where electrical installations are being conducted by a firm registered firm registered under the NICIEC Approved Contractor scheme;

	where heat-producing gas appliances are to be installed;

	in any case in which Regulation 20 of the Building Regulations 2000 applies.
