During the course of an Option A Contract, the Contracts Manager and QS routinely visit the site 1 day per week.
Based upon this, can these people be included in a quotation at 1 day per week for a Compensation Event that delays the Completion Date by 3 weeks?

If you can demonstrate that as a result of this event both Contracts Manager and QS will need to continue to visit, then yes, you will be able to recover those costs as a forecast.
