Tenders must be considered from the following states:

·    The 27 European Union member states;

·    Signatories to the World Trade Organisation's Government Procurement Agreement, namely Austria, Aruba, Belgium, Canada, Bulgaria, Chinese Taipei, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Czech Republic, Iceland, Denmark, Israel, Estonia, Japan, Finland, Republic of Korea, France, Lichtenstein, Germany, Norway, Greece, Singapore, Hungary, Switzerland, Ireland, United States of America, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
