If one fails to send a copy of all correspondences and attachments to the other side in ajudcation procedures, what are the potential consequences?

If it transpires that the adjudicator has received information of which the other side was unaware, the decision of the adjudicator may be unenforceable. See Pilon Ltd v Breyer Group Plc [2010] EWHC 837 (TCC).
