A PIN is designed to be an annual indication of projects planned. It does not need to be changed if the actual contracts awarded turn out to be different from those originally planned. If the projects are very different from what was originally planned. it may be advisable to post an additional PIN to avoid claims that you have not been truthful in your original call for interest.
