# Why might the Project Manager not accept the proposed Contract Data for a subcontract?

Why might the Project Manager not accept the proposed Contract Data for a subcontract?

A reason for not accepting the proposed Contract Data is that its use will not allow the Contractor to Provide the Works (see Clause 26.4)
