# What is ‘suitable’ head protection?

Suitable head protection means head protection which:

```
	is designed to provide protection against a foreseeable risk of injury to the head;

	fits the wearer after any necessary adjustment; and

	is suitable for the work or activity carried out by the wearer in which he/she may be engaged.
```
