# What happens if the Project Manager has instructed the Contractor to stop working, because of a fault of the Employer, and has not instructed to re-start work?

If the Project Manager has instructed the Contractor to stop or not start working because of a fault of the Employer and has not instructed the Contractor to re-start work within thirteen weeks, then the Contractor is entitled to terminate the contract (see Clause 91.6 R19).
