# What can a Party do if they are not satisfied with the Adjudicator’s decision?

What can a Party do if they are not satisfied with the Adjudicator’s decision?

If, after the Adjudicator has made his decision a Party is dissatisfied, he may notify the other Party that he intends to refer it to the tribunal (see Clause W1.2 (2)).
