# Should the Contractor submit the proposed contract data for subcontracts to the Project Manager for acceptance?

Should the Contractor submit the proposed contract data for subcontracts to the Project Manager for acceptance?

The Contractor submits the proposed contract data for each subcontract if:

```
	An NEC contract is proposed and

	The Project Manager instructs the Contractor to make the submission (see Clause 26.4).
```
