Hi,

Does the Employer have any ability to claim costs to provide access for latent defect rectification? In this case potentially hazardous chemicals need to be moved by specialists to provide access for floor rectification.

Hi James which form of contract and options are you using, as this can affect the answer? Also timing has a bearing on the answers. Is it after completion or defect liability period/defects date?
