We are putting together a contract ECC option A using the new NEC4 contract. The Client has specified that X21 is included and the contractor has requested X15. Can they both be included?

NEC3 does not have X21, but NEC4 does. Please can you clarify what your X21 is for ?

The secondary options are: NEC4 X21 Whole Life Cost and X15 The Contractor’s design - there is no reason why these two secondary options cannot be used together.
