# NEC3 ECC Short Form: Are contract data Parts 1 & 2 the same as the standard NEC3 ECC?

Please can you let me know if the contract data part 1 & 2 are the same for the NEC3 ECC short form as they are for the standard NEC3 ECC?

The Contract Data pro forma for the short contract is completely different from the one for the full contract. Templates are provided in each of the contracts if you have copies of them.
