A decision has come from a case brought before the courts that requires the Contractor to pay additional money. Can this change be recognised as a CE that will increase the Prices?

Please can you tell me whether this court case is directly on the contract as part of the tribunal process (which would be litigation) or from a court case remote from the actual contract, but which covers a similar or related situation on your contract. If the latter, please give a little detail.
