# NEC ECC: What happens to Prices and Completion Date if PM fails to respond to quote?

If Project Manager fails to reply a quotation, what effect will ultimately have on the Completion Date and Prices?

If the PM fails to respond to a quotation within the contractual timescales, the Contractor may notify in writing of their lack of response(62.6). If they fail to respond to the reminder for a further two weeks, then the quotation is deemed accepted - which would be for both cost and time.
