What is the difference of “date of that communication” in the 1st paragraph and “date of the notification” in 2nd paragraph?

‘date of that communication’ is the relevant date of the Project Manager or Supervisor’s communication.

‘date of the notification’ is the date of the Contractor’s notification under clause 61.3.
