# NEC 4 Option A - Scope Reduction

We are currently working on an NEC 4 Option A Contract where the Contractor has proposed a reduction in the scope which the Client has accepted and the PM has issued a CE to cover. Is the Client entitled to a reduction in the Total of the Prices?
