# Is there an obligation of the part of a sub-contractor to work in accordance with the actual progress of the main contractor’s Works?

This is dependent upon the precise terms of the contract that is utilised. Legal precedent has suggested that sub-contractors are entitled to work at their convenience, but must complete such work in the time period stipulated by the sub-contract.
