# How long after termination does the Project Manager certify a final payment to or from the Contractor?

How long after termination does the Project Manager certify a final payment to or from the Contractor?

The Project Manager certifies a final payment to or from the Contractor within thirteen weeks of termination (see Clause 90.4).
