Hi There, I am just trying to understand what are the inclusions within the subcontract fee percentage. It is a maintenance contract and we have a set of agreed SOR with the client. When we deliver specialised works we use the subcontractor and we put subcontract fee percentage. But one of our job we have claimed supervisor, contract manager and QS time on top of the fee percentage and the client is challenging that all the direct costs are included in the subcontract fee percentage. Can anyone advice me this is correct. Many Thanks for your help. ---
