# Are there any issues to consider with regards to reports that are produced by third party experts for adjudication?

An adjudicator should ensure that any report produced by a third party expert which they rely upon is circulated to both parties for comment. A failure to do so has been characterised as a breach of the rules of natural justice in RSL (South West) Ltd v Stansell Ltd [2003].
