Good afternoon, the Contractor has issued a programme under NEC4 Option A for acceptance. Is the correct procedure to accept a programme just an email response?

Hi, yes you can communicate acceptance via an email. The one thing to remember is that under clause 31.3 the PM has to notify acceptance or non-acceptance, because the word notify is used then under clause 13.7 the communication must be separate from other communications, so it is the only thing you can include in your email.
