How many people can the PM designate to carry out his role at any one time and can delegated personnel sign documents with "PM name" rather than "on behalf of PM name"?

There is no limit stated in the contract as to how many people or what individual duties the PM can delegate to.

IIt is 'intriguing' to put it mildy (or plain wrong to to be more assertive) that people sign a communication with another person's name. This is unnecessary if they are correctly delegated the duties in accordance with clause 14.2 as is signing it  "on behalf of PM name".
