NEC3 ECC: Working weeks

+1 vote
Under option C, if the working weeks are not clearly stated in the contract and the latest accepted programme shows an allowance for holidays, can the PM reduce the time allowed for holidays in the latest programme submit for approval?

The Project Manager could restrict a Contractor's working time (which would likely be a compensation event) but not really force him to work a shorter holiday. At the end of the day it is up to the Contractor when they want to work in order to meet the Completion Date - and if they are late they will be charged Delay Damages.
