Does the adjudicator ever have to consider relevant arguments and evidence submitted outside of the stated timescales?

The adjudicator may be bound to consider relevant arguments and evidence submitted outside of the stated timescales, as to refuse to do so could put him or her in breach of the principles of natural justice.
