Is the Term Service Contract (TSC) and the Term Service Short Contract (TSSC) suitable for running facilities management contracts?
Yes definitely. It is widely used by Government and the public sector for this purpose. It is currently more widely used in hard fm than soft but its use for the latter is growing.
